Workplace Services Analyst
Mission & Purpose:
– create and maintain images for End User´s Enterprise Computers.
– create an maintain software packages for End User´s software environment.
– Ensure the good health of the infrastructure/environment for the Client suite management and packaging distribution tool.
– Ensure the consistency and availability of all relevant Data under his/her geographical scope managing and reviewing backup reports and results.
– High level of customer focus and strong customer support commitment.
– Work with other support groups and vendors to provide seamless support to customers.
– Analyze problems, develop creative solutions and assess risks/benefits.
– Work with 2nd and 3rd level support group to assist with application design/development/upgrade testing and implementation.
– Document supported system and application procedures and processes.´
Provide Support Level 2 for all tasks related to Workplace Services, Packaging creation & distribution and Desktop Security
Educational background: University Degree and Specialty in Computer Science
Experience in the Service: 5 Year in packaging technology and methodology,
1-2 Year in desktop management platform management
Technical/ Functional Skills:
1. General knowledge of the End user environment, including messaging and collaboration cloud based solutions (Google Apps)
2. Good knowledge of Symantec Client Management Suite (Altiris)
4. Good knowledge of Client security & patch management
5. Good knowledge of the scripting (CMD, PowerShell, Auto IT..)
6. Follow the IT Service management rules in place in the service center.
The service will be provided in English , level B2
Availability to travel in Europe (at times)
