Hays is collaborating with a cybersecurity company specialized in automation. The company is a leader in digital transformation thanks to automating their clients´ production processes through engineering and industrial control. The company has two business units, one focused on cybersecurity services and the other on cybersecurity products.
We are looking for a Windows and Active Directory Engineer to join their team.
What will your duties be?
• System design, system analysis, hardware specifications, server provisioning, software deployment, software performance, system reliability, and maintenance.
• Ensuring and controlling that security best practices and policies are at all times enforced for the domain covered, with the operational system operational team.
• Developing requirements, build and defend business cases including budgets and solution design proposals.
• Establishing hardware standards and specifications for existing, growing and new requirements.
• Establishing standard processes for new implementations, diagnosing issues, tracking statuses, and escalating issues within and outside of the group.
Which are the requirements for this position?
• Technical degree in Computer Science with or related fields.
• Governance on the Wintel domains, infrastructure services (Active directory, DNS, DHCP, print service, ADFS, virtualization).
• Strong scripting capabilities, eg. on Powershel.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or Enterprise Administrator on Windows Servers or equivalent certification.
• Working experience in core software application including Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Xendesktop, VMWare, VDI, ADFS, Microsoft Azure, failover and clustering
• Knowledge in cloud technologies integration.
• Security and compliance certification.
• Strong experience in AD, DNS and DHCP Architecture design and implementation.
• Knowledge in cloud technologies integration.
• IT Security and compliance certification.
• DR knowledge.
• Dockers and containers experience.
• Hadoop experience.
• Experienced and versatile project management talent and methodology.
• ITIL certified.
• English, Advanced level
• Agile mindset, experience with the agile methodology and business agility.
• Network Knowledge.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Methodical with a sense of initiative.
• Excellent ability to work in a team manner as well as good negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage remote external provider and collaborate with remote colleagues.
