In June 2020, we launched the first free €100 cash advance (with an optional €7 instant transfer), offering an alternative to expensive overdrafts. When we ceased operations in April 2022 following a regulatory change, we had gathered 1.2 million registered users to whom we had granted more than 1 million cash advances for a total of €61 million.
Last year, with the trust and support of our community, we returned with an even more powerful product: an account, a debit card, tools to control your finances and no hidden fees. We recently brought back the cash advance feature with the aim to help everyone who wants to deal with their short term financing needs and look forward with a greater peace of mind.
Tasks
We are looking for a **Web Developer Intern** to join our talented team in Barcelona to help create the most incredible digital product that is disrupting the market. You will be in charge of the development of the company’s web pages and will be the referent of the FrontEnd Team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Design, Product and Backend teams to create an awesome and stable experience for the users and internal employees.
What you will be doing
Develop our public site and internal web tool, collaborating closely with the rest of the product, customer support and engineering team.
– Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross- functional team.
– Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by your team.
Requirements
Your required skills and experience
– Studies in computer engineering, telecommunications, frontEnd or similar
– Knowledge about javascript, typescript, Next.js and RESTful API connections
– Knowledge with Bitbucket, Github or any source control method.
– Ownership and attention to details, especially design wise
– Great team player. You enjoy working in a team, ask questions and accept the knowledge gap as you join
Would be a +:
– Knowledge about Python and endpoint integration
– Knowledge about Figma or other Design tools
