• Work together with RandD and delivery departments to write Release Notes.
• Work together with RandD and delivery departments to write training materials of all products families, as well as product documentation, white papers, installation guides, configuration guides, administration guides and any other technical document demanded by customers and system integrators.
• Deliver professional trainings, webminars, onsite trainings and Tele-trainings. To define a training and certification calendar and to execute and ensure proper delivery of such events. To be responsible of training materials, lab environment, logistics, documents, etc in order to provide such trainings and activities.
• To help on defining pre-defined dashboards, automated reports, events, alarms and notifications.
• To pass exams and be in charge on The company´s certification academy.

• Training work experience – hands on
• CCNP/CCSP or equivalent desired, CCNA or equivalent must Background in Enterprise Market a must
• Knowledge on providing trainings of networking, cybersecurity and systems.
• Highly technical and experienced hands on experience in IP networking including work with network equipment (routers, routing protocols, firewalls, VPN devices, DPI devices, network management tools, scripting in bash/shell linux)
• Knowledge on Phyton scripting desirable.
• Knowledge working with XML, CSV, files, as well as, dealing with debugging OS features Some background on programing languages like JavaScript or HTML5 desirable
• Good communication and presentation skills desirable.
• Minimum Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science or IT engineering Master in Computer Science or IT engineering or similar desired
