From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Technical Specialist PEGA
Project Duration: Stable
Work mode: Full remote.
Location: Madrid.
Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years experience of Pega Marketing / Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH)
* Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycles
* Marketing experience
* Senior Decisioning architect
* LDA – Lead Decisioning architect
* Strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions
* Strong knowledge of incident management lifecycle and ability to manage critical issues
* Experience of interpreting business processes into Pega capabilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1.
Role
* Problem solving / Troubleshooting for the Technical Team and Business
* Managing risk to the bank, the platform, and the success of the team
* Role Model and mentor to the rest of the Technical team
* Presenting and communicating at all levels
* Working independently and be self-motivated.
