¡Únete al equipo de Krell-Consulting! Estamos buscando a un Support engineer L2, con buen nivel de inglés, para trabajar en modalidad híbrida (remoto 96%), en Madrid o León.

¿Qué buscamos?
Como soporte técnico L2 especialmente para clientes de telecomunicaciones, esperamos que tengas al menos 1 año de experiencia en el campo.
Queremos a alguien que esté familiarizado con los desafíos y las demandas únicas de la industria de las telecomunicaciones.
Proyecto ubicado en MADRID o LEÓN en teletrabajo 96% del tiempo.

Profile Description
 – Support engineer L2 especially for telecommunication customers
 – Ability to interpret Java and C or C++ code (only understand, because programming is not needed)
 – Basic knowledge in SQL (Oracle considered a plus)
 – Basic-Intermediate knowledge in the use of the Linux console
 – Fluent in English (B2 or more), Spanish considered a plus
 – Analytical problem solving skills
 – Problem reproduction skills on lab setup
 – Interest in investigation
 – Strong interpersonal and communication skills achieving personal and group productivity through networking and teamwork.

Functions and tasks
 – Participate in problem diagnosis or isolation, driven by the remote support organization (activate tools, capture information in a log file, and perform level 2 diagnosis on telecom software)
 – Provide support to resolve defects when problems arise in the customer’s lab or live network environment.
 – Resolving technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user´s contacts and proactive notification system
 – Assisting end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences
 – Adding case resolution to Knowledge Management System
 – Ensure customer SLA demands are met
 – Responding to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission critical).
 – Proactively assisting internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
 – Providing direction and guidance to process improvements.
 – Articulating recommendations and explain resolutions to clients.
 – To be part of 24X7 ON-CALL SUPPORT ROSTER
