Descripción: Melt Group is looking for a Software Team Lead Node.js on behalf of an American Computer Software company to work remotely at the beginning but plan to open an office in Valencia.
Reporting to the CEO and CPO based in the United States and managing a team of three developers in Spain, the person will be responsible for:
– Lead our agile engineering team with direction, strategy, and feature ideation.
– Help the spec and development of our admin panel (a customer interface: making our AI configurations drag & drop and configurable with zero code).
Required technologies:
– Backend: Node.js Express with Typescript (role´s focus). Minimum 4 years experience.
– Frontend: React + React Native with Typescript.
– NLP: Custom-built Python Flask app.
– Voice: Watson Speech-to-Text (STT).
Desired experience:
– Comp Sci background or 4+ years relevant professional experience.
– Experience developing and scaling large applications.
– Experience with cloud services and containers (Heroku, AWS, CloudFormation, Docker).
– Experience with automated end-to-end and unit testing.
– Experience managing and mentoring development teams (bonus if remote).
– Knowledge of AI/NLP concepts and willingness to learn a lot very quickly if you don´t have an NLP background.
Bonus points:
– Experience integrating with Salesforce or other CRMs.
– Experience integrating a solution with enterprise clients (SSO, IP whitelisting,encryption).
– Experience with statistical analysis, creating dashboards, ETL.
– Experience with data-driven decision making i.e. if you deploy a feature, how will you make sure it´s working and ensure it improves over time?
