We are looking for a Technician with 2 years of experience in IT support, to participate in an interesting project located in Sant Cugat del Vallés.

Functions:
– Installation and configuration of Windows systems.
– Resolution of software and hardware incidents.
– Escalation of incidents.
– Ticketing.
– Migrations.
– Active Directory Administration.
– IT security configuration.
– Connection management, etc.

Requirements:
Provide a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
English is a must.
