What you will be doing:
As a Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager you will work in agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will need to be able to understand current organization (AS-IS) and act in transformational environment (TO-BE) being capable to look for the needed adaptations accordingly to the occasion in order to reach a smooth change management process but without impacting the purposes of events, artifacts and roles. You will encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way. You will also be a key driver for the Product Family Agile community.

Essential duties:

– Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Developers in their quest to do everything possible to delight customer. Educating the Product Owner to refining and managing the product backlog.
– Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
– Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices and values to delight customers.
– Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Developers on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
– Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
– Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
– Protecting the team from interruptions and external interferences, keeping the team focused within the context of the product vision and goals.
– Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
– Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
– Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
– Working actively together with other Scrum Masters, Service Delivery Managers and Agile Coaches.
– Support agile transformation at team and Product family level.
– Facilitate the cooperation between roles of agile teams.
– Act as a change agent to disseminate agile mindset, values and principles.

Required Skills and Experience:

– Relevant experience as Agile leader (similar position as a Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager).
– Experience playing the Scrum Master role for a team/s that was/were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices and theory.
– Experience playing the Flow Master / Service Delivery Manager / Flow Manager / Delivery Manager role for a team/s that was/were diligently applying Kanban principles, practices and theory.
– Excellent communication and coaching skills.
– Trainer skills being capable to teach Agile, Scrum and Kanban content (Values, Principles, User Stories, Estimations, STATIK, Continuous Improvement, etc.).
– Workshops/meetings/events facilitation.
– Working under international environment is a must. English language by default.
