• The R+D+I engineer will participate in the human team in charge of the design, modification, improvement and validation of different parts of the existing equipment and new designs, both at the hardware and software level.
• Part of the time (according to the needs of the company) will support the Production department.
• This professional must have a great technological capacity and development of new products or components.
• Design, manipulation and validation of power converters based on IGBT/MOSFET.
• Microcontroller programming using C code.
• Design and adjustment of control algorithms for power converters, signal acquisition and processing, digital communications, …
• Analysis, design, modification and manipulation of both digital and analog electronic circuits.
• Simulation of converters.
• Full time work (37 h) and flexible working hours|Continuous internal training and the possibility of external training.
• Bachelor´s or master´s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience.
• Experience in business development or research.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of spoken and written English.
