Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Navico is a specialist marine electronics company and produces products under the leading marine electronics brands (Lowrance, Simrad, BandG and Simrad Pro). These brands are sold in over 100 countries globally and Navico have gained decades of experience with developing, designing and manufacturing their industry-leading products.
We are supporting Navico in the search for an experienced, Senior Peformance Marketing Manager to be part of an organisation who have innovation at the heart of their business.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to be part of a world-class marketing function and have a positive impact on the marketing success. Operating globally, across all channels. You will be reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing and working in a small team with a great culture. This is a role for anyone who likes to get stuck in, with large responsibility and good opportunity to innovate and make a difference with an impactful budget.
You will ideally bring your skills and experience across a range of areas which includes:
– Solid experience in Google ads and paid social media advertising.
Remarketing knowledge and funnel knowledge on, how to take consumers from top of the funnel to bottom of the funnel.
Data focused mentality and highly analytical.
Experience of reporting out and presenting to the wider organisation.
Proven success in E-commerce marketing.
Proven success with SEO (optional).
High levels of mathematical capability and data analysis theory.
Extremely proficient at excel.
