Multinational company (end client- optical sector) is looking a Senior IT Support Madrid)
Job Purpose:
Coordination of office T topics and project in collaboration with affected departments. It contains IT Infrastructure (e.g. Clients, printers, scanners network, Server etc.), SAP ERP and all related office applications. Also monitoring of the System environment, data management implementations of new systems an hardware elements and continuous improvement is a main part of this job. A deep collaboration within the production IT is necessary. It acts as the connection between the local IT site and the global End to End IT department Primary
Responsibilities:
Assure day to day operations of all application within the IT.
Coordination of system releases with corporate IT group
Assure a standard software solution set that follows the local IT needs
First level support withing SAP ERP (mainly SD / MM and finance)
System monitoring of local Server, Software and Hardware applications
Training of end users
Maintain master data and support equipment implementation as well as new product implementation
Setup of new Server environment (Windows + Linux)
Assist and control license and User Authorizations / Roles
Setup an 4/7 Support for Office IT in more than 2 locations
Qualification Requirements: 1
.Bachelor´s degree in information systems, technical informatics, computer science or equivalent experience to substitute for degree
Mminimum 2 years´ experience in helpdesk support from Windows, Linux, Server environment (containing, setup servers, support hardware etc.)
Minimum 4 years´ experience in working with SAP (focus on modules SD / MM – further on finance will be an advantage)
Experience with SQL Servers, SQL queries, preferred Microsoft SQL 2016 and newer 5
Good knowledge about actual IT-Security standards 6
Experience in maintaining SAP Master data
Working and organizing in Teams in required
Seld-orientated work is necessary
Readiness for travel
Good / fluent English language
