• Support to create a Data Platform.
• Develop End2End data solutions based on the business requirements.
• Gather data from modern and not-so-much data sources.
• Manager our platform in liaison with our platform engineering team.
• As a part of de Data Analytics practice, collaborate with reporting engineers with the visuals and making sure that the data exposed to the visuals is the right one.
• International IT Company – End Customer|Senior Data Engineer
• Database deep exposure and knowledge, not just MS SQL but in general terms SQL and NoSQL concepts.
• Experience with Datalakes and Datamarts.
• ETL Modeling both with graphical interfaces (like SSIS, NiFi, …) and using technologies as C# or Spark.
• Data Model versioning.
• Tenant security/separation and role-based data Access.
• Georedundancy in Datalake models.
• Experience with dimensional definition.
• Experience using one or more cloud providers: Azure (preferred) and AWS.
• Infrastructure efficient usage.
• Experience with Azure Repos, branching, code review and code analysis tools.
• Ability to assess the requirement, environment and suggest right tools / technologies.
• Expertise in Debugging and providing solutions and workarounds.
• Good understanding in both the engineering and business side of the Data Products released.
• Very high English level.
Nice to have:
• Bl Tools exposure such as PowerBI, Tableau, Apache Superset, Microstrategy, QlikView.
• Javascript Dashboard libraries.
