– Support the Product Owner and Developers in their projects, using a leadership style based on leading by example and being a mentor to the team.
– Guide and coach the Scrum Team on using Agile / Scrum / Kanban practices and values costumer-oriented.
– Assesment in the Scrum team and organization in higher levels of maturity, removing impediments and protecting them from externa interferences.
– Support agile transformation at team and product level.
– Act as an agent of change, disseminating an agile mindset, as well as values and principles.

– Relevant experience as a Scrum Master – Service Delivery Manager, applying Scrum principles and practices to the team or teams in international environments.
– Excellent communication and coaching skills, being able to move teams through example and playing a mentor role.
– Fluent level of English (C1); will be used daily with international teams
