In AKKA Technologies, we are looking for SCCM Infrastructure / Workplace Engineer to join our international team on a permanent base.
The SCCM Technical Specialist mission will be to perform functional third level support for users and systems, analyzing and solving incidents and problems, identifying root causes and reporting critical issues to the management. This position will administrate, operate and maintain the OS and software deployment and inventory tool (System Center Configuration Manager / SCCM CB 1910) focusing on automation, mass deployments of software, and patch management as well as participating in Windows 10 migrations projects between another task.
Job responsibilities:
– Maintenance SCCM environment
– Operating System Deployment (OSD Task Sequences) for Windows 7 (x32 and x64 bit), Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 (CBB and LTSC versions).
– Maintenance and development of PowerShell scripts to fulfil with company personalization
– Maintenance and patching of all different OS images
– Windows Update management and distribution to active clients
– Supporting sensitive clients (lab environment and production)
– Software Distribution and Software Upgrades-Patch Management
– Using SCCM as an automation platform (via PowerShell scripting, building/maintaining interfaces to asset management and ticketing system/self-service platform)
– Accountable for standardized client infrastructure documentation
– Responsible for client architectural design documentation
– Analyze, optimize, integrate new applications and provide technical expertise of new services
– Follow the IS Change Management guidelines and processes
Skills:
– Solid experience working with SCCM
– Experience creating and managing baselines in SCCM for automate fix process.
– Experience working with SQL database and reporting
– Experience with Active Directory Users and Computers, Sites and Services and GPO’s (Group Policy Objects)
– Experience with hardware homologation (mostly HP): Unattended BIOS updates, TPM and drivers
– Experience packaging/managing applications in SCCM
– Experience on Windows OS migration projects
– PowerShell scripting
