Multinational company (end client) is looking a Senior SAP Analyst for Digital Integration (Madrid)
Purpose
Responsible for providing in depth content expertise and knowledge on how to manage sales processes in SAP for Digital channels (Web sales, Reserve and Collect sales) Important not to have a silo approach and look beyond the line of expertise for links between business processes and integrate with other IT areas.
Takes a pro-active role in search for areas of process improvement and ensures best practices solutions for the internal customers in the Digital business team Interacts with Business, Service Delivery and Service Providers in definition and design of IT processes for Digital Sales.
Provides input to the Solution Architects for all the digital sales processes in the ERP area to ensure input in decision-making process when needed.
Therefore, it is critical to deliver high level assessments in a short period of time to ensure timely strategic decisions.
Pro-active involvement in the SAP Competence Center, improvement in processes and service delivery.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Design and configure Sales and logistic processes in SAP ERP for Digital Sales channel
Translate business requirements into functional specs for internal developers or service providers
Support all projects, enhancements, upgrades, migrations
Maintain up to date the solution documentation
Profile
5-8 years of SAP Retail Sales experience required in international SAP ERP implementation projects including global templates.
Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams.
Experience working in International teams Experience in integration of SAP ERP with Digital channel platforms (Magento, SAP hybris)
Required knowledge in SAP for:
SD Retail Sales and Pricing
LE Logistic Execution
Excellent understanding of the sales processes and integration with finance and logistics Additional valuable skills:
SAP SD / MM certifications
Magento or SAP hybris * S4HANA
