In this position, you will support business applications in line with each customer´s business strategy.
In this role you´ll
Understand the requirements of customers,
Propose solution supporting the customers´ needs while keeping the processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.
Deliver the agreed solution (as per initial scope, timing, and cost)
Maintain and make evolve the deployed solutions.
Support a wide range of processes:
Core Order to receipt: Purchase Request creation, PO creation, Approval process and Good receipt
Content and sourcing: Contract Management, Vendor enablement process, Catalogue and content definition.
Invoice to Pay: invoice posting and approval flow and payment.
Solution Identification
Propose system solutions based on business requirements and implement them in SAP MM
Collect detailed business specifications with internal Business Partners (Purchasing and Accounts payable team)
Analyze the detailed impact on existing processes and on the usage of existing tools supporting these processes
Functional Design
Document functional design based on the detailed impacts and specifications collected from the business
Solution construction
Build technical requirements
Build solution construction via customizing or specific development, the objective being to use the standard solutions whenever possible
Commit to the plan for the overall construction of the solution
Execute of end to end functional/non-regression/performance tests
Prepare user documentation and educational materials (including user communications) to facilitate user understanding and adoption
Solution delivery
Deliver on time the agreed solution.
Focus on agility all along the development cycle (functional requirements/specifications, technical specifications, coding, unit tests, functional tests, user acceptance tests)
Solution maintenance and support
Perform the application support (customer/production) when requests are received from second level support
Propose enhancements to avoid failure and improve processes
Responsible to analyze and test Coupa quarterly releases
Requirements:
Economics / Business Degree / Engineering preferred
Knowledge in SAP FI
At least 5 years of experience with SAP FI
Preferred – Between 1 and 3 years (maximum) experience in consultancy role working in implementation projects (SAP FI).
