Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
• Establish robust methodologies and reporting for the analysis and monitoring of Sales and Margins (Prices, Commercial Conditions, Promotional / Trade spend, Distribution Costs, Profitability).
• Design new tools in order to improve automation and efficiency of financial processes
• Manage Financial Closing Process including deviation analysis and reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare monthly KPIs, Reportings and Dashboards
• Analyze commercial/ financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and calculations to support decision making.
• Building PandLs and Profitability analysis for New Launches / New Initiatives
• Manage the annual budgeting construction and consolidation
• Elaboration of monthly performance KPIs for the Commercial and Marketing Areas
• Utilising BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, being able to deliver drilldown reporting
• Multicultural, financially strong and growing FMCG international company|Work in a dynamic, informal and international environment
• Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT / Technology, Statistics, Mathematic or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Financial planning and analysis
• Previous experience in Audit (Big 4) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced user of Excel
• Advanced knowledge of Power Query / Power BI (developer level in both is a must) and other Data visualization tools (Qlik view/Qlik sense/Tableau/BO)
• SAP advanced will be valued.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
• Hands-on and capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment
• Positive mindset, Proactive and high level of commitment willing to be part of a high-performing team
• Fluent English is a plus.
