We are looking for a DEVOPS Project Manager for your international team.
What would your activities be?
Create and manage the schedule: responsible / responsible for managing the projects assigned to the approved baseline schedule.
Define and manage the scope: responsible / responsible for managing the projects assigned to the approved scope in the baseline.
Ensure complete and compliant delivery of projects as documented. Manage Escalations – Communicate complex information and possible solutions for problem escalations to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
Manage project change requests. You are responsible for changes in the scope of the project. Manage Risks and Issues – Identify, document, analyze, and develop mitigation strategies for identified risks and issues throughout the project life-cycle.
Report financial status and forecast PMO requirements for your projects on a monthly basis.
Monitor the spending and consumption aspects of the project and any escalation issues identified. You are responsible for the project budget.
Establish and maintain effective communication and reporting with your stakeholders.
Identify and analyze applications that will be decommissioned or consolidated.
Encourage the use of cSuite and other standard tools.
Optimize licensing needs and adjust them to the latest staffing situation.
Discover, organize and clarify application dependencies with the Change 2 program.
Work with technical training teams to analyze and resolve application dependencies with Microsoft office and help transition to Google CSuite.
Understand and collaborate with stakeholders and users in the implementation of the new HR workforce management process.
What would the requirements be?
Have 3 to 5 years of experience.
Be an expert in the area of Communications / Change Management, Business Analyst, Project Management or Organizational Development.
Have experience in developing communication plans and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Expressed ability to work, synthesize, and narrate complex problems or new initiatives with a sense of ownership, drive, and urgency.
Ability to define, implement and analyze key performance indicators.
Have organizational, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
High English level.

REMOTE work, with the possibility of going to the office if you prefer.
Winter hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
