Descripción: A technical resource that possesses advanced administration capability and is able to design, build, and customize Servicenow SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Vulnerability Solution Management, Security Incident Response, etc) and Service Now ITBM modules (IT Business management): – CIS Cloud Management – Enterprise Security and Architecture – ServiceNow Advanced System Administration – ServiceNow Application Development – Experience with database design schemas and data modeling – Strong requirements-gathering experience – Experience with middleware and discovery technologies – Java Scripting – CIS Vulnerability Response & Security Incident Response. – Enterprise and/or IT Service Management. – Highly analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to dig into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes for API. – Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. – Team oriented. – Knack for gleaning customer insights from quantitative and qualitative data
– Knowledge and understanding of Mobile Platform, CMDB and Discovery. – Assists product owner in estimating release level of effort. – Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion. – Assists product team with incident resolution, as needed. – Knowledge and understanding of ITSM, agile frameworks and SAFe.
