Within the company organisation and based in Spain, you will support your Responsibleto create the pricing policies, the reporting processes and templates, the business analysis strategy. You will build and run business analysis and revenue management strategy activities on the website to meet business goals while minimizing risk. You will be also responsible for the overall project Roadmap management for the company.
The candidate will work side-by-side with your stakeholders in the Company in the Southern Europe Organization to deliver the best reporting choice and the most effective Project handling to lead the Company in implementing all projects in due time and with best resources allocation. As part of a matricial organization, you will work very closely also with our central, cross-functional teams (in France) and with same roles in outher Countries.
• Develop pricing strategies, including creating tariffs for bouquets and gift packages determining discounts and special rates (delivery, size,…).Monitor products performances and suggest any change to maximize margin.
• Forecast revenues based on demand and market trends.
• Assess trends in the economy and in the specific market.
• Monitor discounts process and performance.
• Help to build and finalize dashboards to monitor performances.
• Develop and implement effective templates, reports and analyses to optimize revenue.
• Closely work with E-merchandising and Marketing product managers to maximise performances of pages and products
• Coordinate with other business units to share best practice and develop new actions to increase business and margin for the Company especially with Marketing and Finance.
• Support the Management Team in the definition of the projects with focus on scope, objectives and EBITDA criterias for each one of them,
• Involve all relevant internal stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility,
• 3+ years of professional experience as business analyst and Project mgmt |Fluency in English (C1/ C2) and Italian or French is a plus
This position requires a strong analytics capacity to identify and change the key factors that may improve sales, revenues and efficiency of the Business helping the Company make better decisions, manage the projects and facilitate its implementation.
• A strong commercial understanding, sound financial acumen and experience balancing user and business needs.
• Excellent analytical skills. He/She needs the understanding to analyze essential factors and determine the areas that need change.
• Great communication skills. Ability to engage in debate and challenge with a wide variety of stakeholders of varying seniority.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills. Able to join the dots across different information sources to generate actionable insights for the business.
• Keen understanding of online and mobile business models and technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus,
• Experience with project management software tools especially in the Microsoft environment,
• 3+ years of professional experience as business analyst and Project mgmt is required, in e-commerce, marketing or digital Company will be considered a plus in an International Company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (Italian ans French is a plus)
• Relevant Bachelor´s degree from a leading university. MBA or equivalent a plus.
• Exposure to product roadmaps and experience working with agile tech teams a distinct advantage.
