Description
Manages projects to achieve optimal performance and business outcomes. Responsible for supporting the EMEAL IT PMO function and to provide administration support across the EMEAL IT Portfolio in a high performing environment.
Manage the definition and delivery of multiple work packages to agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
Coordinate activities across multi-disciplinary technical resources across EMEAL IT and external service providers.
Liaise with business change teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 5 to 7 years PMO Support, PMO Administrator or a Coordinator role. A recognised Project Management Foundation Certificate (desired). Fluent in English, Spanish speaking would be advantageous. Experience working as PMO Support, PMO Administrator or a Programme Administrator role. An understanding of Project Management lifecycles and methodologies. Fantastic organisational and support skills to ensure work is appropriately prioritised and completed. Self-motivated to work on your own and as part of a team. Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) skills. Fluent in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Teams, MS Project a distinct advantage) Numerate, able to distil key messages from large amounts of data quickly, high level understanding of It environments and terminology. Experience with industry standard project management and support processes (desirable) Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills. Good judgment and analytical skills; strong follow-up and organisational skills.
Work Schedule: Mo to Th 8:30-18:00 Fr 8:00-15:00 •Summer: Mo – Fr 8:00 – 15:00
