Location: Barcelona, Spain.
Support PIM Admin responsible to implement the business processes and PIM platform across the organization (Brands and Retail Market departments)
Functions and Responsibilities:
– Show strong understanding of the product data and product digital page
– Manage customer product data syndication request and other product data mapping requirements
– Manage incidents and give support for day-to-day use of PIM
– Partner with internal and external tech stakeholders to develop and improve the tool
– Support the Change Management developing with training and communication material
– Ensure adoption of PIM across all users, train the key users
Requirements:
– Experience: Two years od experience
– Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar field.
– Languages: English required, French is desirable
– Soft Skills:

– Organization and Planning.
– Computer and Excel skills.
– Strong attention to detail
– Analytical skills.
– Technical Qualifications:
– Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel) and well versed in VBA and building macros.
– SAP knowledge is a plus
– Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL
