* Degree in IT engineering, telecommunications engineering or industrial engineering.
* Postgraduate degree in Port and Shipping Management , Supply Chain and/or Transportation or similar fields of knowledge is desirable.
* Minimum working experience of 8 years.
* Minimum experience as an IT solutions architect of 5 years.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Port Community System (PCS), Por Management Systems and/or Single Window systems integration.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the specific issues of B2B, B2G and G2G processes and services, and electronic communications used in the maritime-port industry and/or foreign trade.
* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Analytical skills and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
* Proactive, with high level of commitment, adaptability and autonomy.
* Teamwork skills and problem solving approach.
* Customer focus and ability to maintain business relationships.
* Availability to travel internationally.
