They are located in Barcelona, Sant Cugat del Vallès.
To join the IT OPS Operation Enablement Team, we are looking for a IT Project Junior Junior who will assistance to the Project Manager.
Which are the functions?
– Able to support Project Managers with risk identification/control and administer the Project Risk Register.
– Issue Management
– Able to support the Project Manager in identifying Issues that threaten the Project and administer the Projects Issue Register.
– Change Management Supports the Project Manager by ensuring that changes to the Project are controlled and managed effectively.
– Information Management. Able to manage the required information management, steering support documentation (presentations and minutes) and administrative support
– Reports
– Presentations
– Upgrade Systems
– Following Tasks
Which are requirements?
– 1 years ‘experience working as Project Manager Support or Similar
– Experienced in MS Office
– Knowledge in IT
– Agile/scrum framework
– English proficiency (spoken and written)
– German is a plus
