The job holder is the responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the Spanish market. They will work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with the company´s overall business goals and objectives. This role involves leading a team of 6 marketing professionals, managing budgets, and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company´s business objectives and ensures brand consistency.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, trends, and competitors´ activity in the Spanish market. Use this data to inform marketing decisions.
• Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, including market researchers, advertising and content specialists, and digital marketing experts.
• Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity in all marketing efforts, including advertising, content, and visual materials.
• Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, which may include online and offline advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and public relations.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to optimize online visibility and customer engagement.
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other content that resonates with the Spanish target audience.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with other businesses and organizations in Spain that can enhance the company´s marketing efforts.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in Spain.
• +10 years electronic devices/smartphones experience|+5 years team management experience
• Bachelor´s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master´s degree preferred).
• More than 10-years Consumer Marketing experience, >5 years in management positions in multicultural and (ideally) Multinational Organizations. Experience in technology and electronic devices market would be appreciated.
• Proven skills in PR and SSNN management.
• Habituated to work by projects in multidisciplinary environments.
• English complete professional skills.
• Team management experience for over 5 years.
• Personal capability to successfully integrate in a Regional (Pan European) and Global organization.
• Ambition to integrate in a young and quickly evolving organization.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish market and consumer preferences.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative and strategic thinking.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
