Who You Are
For the SonoSuite development team we are looking for a junior / mid-level software engineer. You will be a core member of a small team and have a tremendous impact on the product and trajectory of the company.
You will:
work independently or collaboratively with other members of the development team
work in an agile environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes
analyse, design, develop, test, document, and monitor applications and infrastructure
communicate with partners and 3rd parties to manage and develop integrations with external systems
troubleshoot problems
You have:
experience (2+ years) in PHP 5.6/7.x
knowledge of SOLID design principles and design patterns in practice
experience in client-side Javascript / front-end development (html 5, css 3)
experience with distributed version control and project tracking tools (Git, JIRA or equivalent)
fluency in English is a must, Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
Moreover we value eagerness to learn about:
DDD and hexagonal architectures
building scalable distributed architectures with PHP
Symfony 4
Ruby or golang
automated infrastructure management on AWS
complex content management issues
