– Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar profile (Helpdesk, On-site support, Technical Support, etc).

– Experience with Microsoft (Windows server, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, O365, etc).

– Experience with ITSM tools.

– Experience resolving incidents of Level 1 & 2.

– Advanced knowledge in network tools (VoIp, Lan/Wan, switch, etc).

– Customer-oriented, dynamic and team-player.

– Have significant background in international environment

– Fluent in English and Spanish. French will be a plus.
