Tasks

– Provide technical guidance and support for personal computing products

– Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries

– Explain product benefits and regulations

– Conduct training sessions for other departments on systems/ products and solutions

– Manage technical issues and collaborate with various resources

– Maintain high-quality customer service and competence in technical skills

Requirements

– Bachelor?s degree in a technical/engineering field or computer science; or equivalent experience

– 3+ years of work experience in computer or printing technologies, including hardware, software, operating systems, and networking

– Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

– Highly tech-savvy, with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work autonomously

– Very good communication skills
