Scope of Work:
– Providing on-site and remote technical support solutions
– Ensure customer satisfaction with Microsoft Windows 10 deployments and SCCM management solution
– The Premier Field Engineer acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing corporate customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution including issues escalated to the highest levels of management.

Dominant Skill:
– Management of Desktop and Devices (Systems Center Configuration Manager, SCCM)
– Microsoft Windows 10 and related technologies (MDT, MDOP)
– Security infrastructure (Direct Access, Bitlocker, MBAM, ATP)
– Device Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS, including Azure AD, Azure RMS and Intune)
– Other cloud services (Azure Services, O365, Office Pro Pus)

Experience Required:
– Implementing and troubleshooting PC Management Solution, specially SCCM
– Implementing, managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop OS in the enterprise
– Implementing and troubleshooting Windows Intune or other MDM solutions
– Troubleshooting Windows client performance and connectivity issues
– Delivering technical workshops in an international environment
