• Manage and lead diverse project teams to deliver on project objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure they are tracked and updated as required
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders
• Manage project resources and budget effectively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations
• Provide regular project updates to senior management

A successful IT Project Manager should have:
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within software industry
• Proficiency in English
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification and PMO experience is a plus
