HAYS IT is collaborating with one of the main companies in the pharmaceutical sector. During the last 5 years, they have established an IT Shared Services Centre in Sant Cugat, with a structure of more than 200 specialists, but we have a history of more than 60 years in our Spanish headquarters.
We are looking for a IT Procurement – System Analyst to continue growing.
What are the requirements?
• Extensive experience and knowledge in SAP-SRM and SAP-ERP MM-Purchasing module.
• Additional experience in SAP ABAP is a plus
• Demonstrated strong Service Management knowledge in key IT processes including
• Experience working in a global organization is required
• English C1
• German is an asset
What are the functions?
• Act as IT Procurement Team Member
• Coordination of bug fixes with the support factory in the area of SAP-SRM and SAP-ERP MM-Purchasing
• Coordination of change requests in the area of SAP-SRM and SAP-ERP MM-Purchasing, including creation of transport requests when needed (SAP SolMan)
• Your tasks foresee the proper documentation and compliant implementation of SAP based processes
• Liaise with the Vendors, functional and technical IT teams and other stakeholders to provide proactive and business appropriate communication
