Descripción: Leading multinational company – end client – is looking for a – Global IT Infrastructure Architecture Manager –
for their office in Madrid.
Reporting to & aligning with the Global IT Infrastructure and Communications Head the position is responsible for the technical infrastructure strategy, design & benefits entablement. Working with vendors in an outsourced environment the position establishes the design-authority responsible for producing high and low-level designs, support for transition, transformation, IT M&A and supporting delivery in areas of Data Centre, Hybrid Cloud, LAN/ WAN, End User Workplace, Service Management, Tooling & Frameworks. Ideally you will have proven abilities in products and services that span all infrastructure technologies.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the CIO Design authority & governance with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive consistent experiences & deliver new globally deployed solutions, projects or changes enabling key business metrics
Act as Chief Architect for Global IT services and drive the business transition to a Service Oriented architecture prioritizing consolidation and security improvement
Hold a data-driven mindset when working with technical teams, stakeholders and vendors to define, own & ensure a coherent and consistent technology strategy, roadmap & topology
Ensure all current and future solutions meet security, quality, policy and compliance requirements
Identify opportunities to provide innovative enterprise solutions by leading PoC´s for technology that strengthen the global service offerings & capabilities. Ensure tight alignment & partnerships with key technology vendors to ensure forward thinking & proactivity
