As an IT Helpdesk Professional at Copado, the partnership is a priority for you and you will provide all your expertise in Hardware, Software, and Service at the highest level of quality.

You love offering advice and assistance and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service every day, fostering their trust and building a solid and positive relationship.

Even if you have to attend to several users, you are aware of the time you can dedicate and the time he/she has available, assuming the commitment to offer a unique style of customer service with speed and skill.

Your daily routine and main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the shipments of computers and equipment to and from end-users.
Manage local hardware inventory, monitor software inventory.
Provisioning and de-provisioning of macOS-based computers, following strict security protocols.
On-site and virtual tier 1 end-user helpdesk support and ticket processing.
Monitoring of quality of service and coordination in incidents/requests, paying special attention to the quick resolution and attention of incidents based on their categorization.
Compliance with SLA,s resolution response speed and satisfaction.
Good familiarity to use various IT support tools efficiently.
Elaboration of the resolution, maintenance, and update guides and procedures.
Occasionally support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Basic macOS endpoint monitoring and update support via jamf.
Updating of technical documentation.
Project support and solution design, internal to the workgroup in collaboration with project area, development, HR, etc.
Create, update, suspend user accounts in various cloud applications.
Participation in various IT team project work.

What We Need From You is:

You are able to communicate fluently in English (Strong writing, verbal, and presentation communications are required).
You have excellent communication and articulation skills to support us in Hardware and Software issues thanks to your deep professional experience in the Apple ecosystem.
Be proficient with macOS Catalina and BigSur.
Account management of Google Workspaces, Zoom, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, basic Office 365.
Ability to adapt to changes as products evolve.
Flexibility to combine the development of technical functions with direct end-user support. Ability to remain calm and dedicated to the end-user during problem resolution.
You are honest, direct, responsible, and transparent.
Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
Availability and time flexibility (support mainly at the European level).
An orderly and methodological person who manages projects independently.
Flexibility to perform mixed remote/presential work in the Madrid offices.

Other desirable skills:

Candidates with Apple certifications are preferred.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Zendesk, , Quip, Ebsta is desirable.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 is a plus.
Bash scripting experience is a plus.
