We are looking for an IoT Revenues Manager to join EMEA´s IoT Team in Sant Cugat.
JOB PURPOSE:
Define, implement and manage strategies to achieve the Services Revenue objective defined for the Fluidra IoT Ecosystem of products and services
Key Role:
Fluidra IoT Ecosystem consists of a set of applications that will offer both product features and software services. The aim of the IoT Ecosystem is to increase the profitability of the Pool-Professional by offering features and services that makes Fluidra a company “easy to do business with”, as well as giving the Pool-Owners what they need to have the perfect connected pool experience.
Their IoT Ecosystem will pivot around three main applications:
– A general application for the owners of connected Pool that offers dashboard, alerts, alarms and recommendations regarding the use, the maintenance and the remote control of it
– A general application for the pool professionals that offers features to install, configure, connect or diagnose an equipment during the installation and the service of such equipment
– Dedicated APIs to integrate our features and services into a number of selected partner´s applications (Key accounts)
The main purpose of this role is to define, implement and manage a multi-channel monetization strategy for the value-added services offered in our applications
IOT STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
– Help build a good understanding of the IoT market through market research (inside and outside the Swimming Pool Industry)
– Conduct Software services (E.g. App subscriptions) sales analysis to help build the strategy and future tracking (monthly and ad-hoc)
– Define and develop full value proposition for new concepts (applications, in-app features, APIs, products, benefits, reason to believe, pricing, ¡), including business plan, financial workbook and sales forecasts
– Define and execute the services roadmap (consumer, pro, apis), establishing priorities for the Applications Product Managers and the IoT development team
GO TO MARKET
– Develop launch packs associated to new application(s) or feature(s) for B2B and B2C audiences and accompany the countries in their implementation to ensure strategy execution
– Develop and maintain a close collaboration with sales entities by listening to their needs, keeping them informed of future services while championing the agreed strategy
– Participate in Sales meetings and Training sessions as the IoT Services expert
– Create and update sales-oriented documents such as sales pitch, range recap and benchmark tables
– Together with the team, provide content and support to the Marketing team in a way the IoT Strategy can be included in communication material.
COMPETENCES:
– Managing a team composed of internal and external resources to achieve the objectives
– Understanding of the Internet Of Things market, including IoT business models mixing products, services, connectivity and APIs.
– Fluent English both written and verbal is a must have. Advanced communication skills are critical as the role requires championing new concepts. French and/or Spanish speaking would be a strong plus
– Marketing mix knowledge (B2C and/or B2B)
– Ability to understand the needs of different target audiences: installer, end user and internal stakeholders (E.g. after sales)
– Ability to understand subtleties between differents levels of connectivity (Bluetooth, Wifi, Zigbee, Zwave, Wifi)
– Ability to think strategically, while diving into the details of apps, user interfaces or product specifications as needed
– Project management: from the initiation to the delivery of projects
– Advanced use of MS Excel and Powerpoint, or GSuite and project management tool (JIRA)
