Experience:
* Integration Lead UK As Integration Lead you will be in charge of the day-to-day management responsibilities for coordinating, planning, problem-solving and implementing all requirements to achieve integration and business results.
* JOB RESPONSBILITIES / ROLE
* Develop and implement solutions
* Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements Integration team leadership; mentoring, coaching, and educating team on best practices in integration design and development Monitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and long term success of the integration Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects Ensure that the final solutions meet organisational needs.
* MANDATORY SKILLS * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with both senior and junior stakeholders of differing levels of knowledge and experience. * Must possess analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of APIs, REST services, PaaS/microservices, Database/SQL, Technical Integration. * Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and integration techniques. * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, understand business processes. * Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to design comprehensive solutions that address business challenges and deliver tangible value. * Agile/Waterfall working methodologies. – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1
