: Private British International School in the Barcelona area urgently seeks a Physics/Maths Secondary teacher with the following specifications:
* English spoken and written at native level
* Post-graduate degree in Physics and or Mathematics awarded in English-speaking country
* Experience in GCSE/A Level or IB examinations, minimum 5 years experience in both subjects, with demonstrated successful results.
* Experience with management of interactive instructional material as a means of differentiation and use of the ´flipped classroom´.
* Experience of working collaboratively with students online
* Experience in the use of software to promote inquiry-based learning
* Proven use of a range of delivery methods to allow all profiles of student to access concepts and the ´blended learning´ approach
* Proven use of hands-on laboratory experiments to improve student understanding.
* Experience of teaching students with special educational needs
A documented commitment to human rights or global sustainability intiatives would be a distinct advantage.
