We are looking for an Embedded Software Specialist – Service and Continuous Improvement

What You’ll Do:
– 🛠️ Take ownership of existing software products, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability.
– 🔍 Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
– 🚀 Develop and implement enhancements to existing products, adding new features and optimizing performance.
– 🤝 Collaborate closely with development teams, sharing insights and suggestions for product evolution.
– 📊 Analyze product performance data to recommend strategic improvements and extend the product palette.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
– 🎓 A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Embedded Software.
– 💼 Several years of experience in embedded software maintenance, service, or support roles.
– 💻 Strong programming skills in C++ and C.
– 🖥️ Experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS (e.g., freeRTOS, Zephyr) is essential.
– 🔧 Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
– 🔍 A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
