You will provide management and supervision of the Company IT infrastructure, including data center (servers and storage), systems administration, email and messaging, voice/data network, and the host/server infrastructure environment in addition to other duties as assigned; Manage critical technical services. This is a high-impact role which will affect many parts of our business.
The role is a hands-on role providing 1st line support for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT infrastructure.
The selected candidate will have at least 4 years experience with:
Duties and responsibilities:
• Delivery of new or improved IT system solutions
• Installation, configuration, and administration of
operating systems and applications
• Implementation, configuration, and administration of
hardware platforms
• Data Centre management
• Maintaining operations and administration
• Prioritising and balancing important tasks
Requirements
• Networking (Switch/Firewall configuration)
• Client and Server hardware
• SAN and Storage hardware
• Backup technologies (Veeam)
• Linux
• Mac OS
• Containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes/Rancher) a
medium level of knowledge is required.

Qualification
• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Industry recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.) is an added advantage
• Proficient in English language
