YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– Responsible for Defect/Problem Management in a central role for different projects within the Cockpit Electronics
– Categorization, prioritization and correct assignment to technical departments for all incoming defect tickets within your projects
– Analyze support for technical departments for error cause and technical dependencies
– Interface management and first contact person for suppliers during development
– Weekly and monthly reporting with of all defect tickets and coordination corrective actions
– Active design and optimization of processes for Defect/Problem Management
YOUR PROFILE
– Complete studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable field of study
– Experience in automotive development processes and relevant tools for Defect/Problem Management (e.g. ALM, Octane, JIRA, …)
– Expertise in E/E development, test and validation is an advantage
– Structured approach to work, as well as strong communication and coordination skills
– Proactive and self-reliant work style with very good analytic skills
– Business fluent in English
– German is an advantage
