You would lead best in class consumer-focused retention strategies and tactics, creating lifetime value through building strong consumer-based relationships, and monetising data.
Design and embed data-powered consumer journeys, orchestrating the service related touchpoints that consumers use with relevant and personalised experiences, to drive efficiency & growth at scale.
Deliver optimal user and product experience, underpinned by the right technology and innovation.
Be the champion of the Voice of the Consumer.
What would you need to fit on that job
1. At least 7 years experience in CRM, perferably as Senior CRM manager
2. Large scale customer facing organisation background
3. In depth knowledge of CRM practices
4. Proven track record of driving large scale projects
5. Knowledge of digital (& other) and data technologies
6. Stakeholder management & Alignment – strong networking skills
7. Proven record of execution to time and budget
8. Strategic and tactical thinking
9. Undergraduate degree, or equivalent work experience
10. Management of suppliers and agencies
