● Interpret new and existing client and sales data to uncover and identify trends (CRM Oracle Netsuite) for business development, organizing and categorizing data
● Collaborate with business leads and executives to understand and address their management reporting needs
● Support the sales management and the team department in driving intelligence from sales data and the elaboration of the sales Budget and Forecast for Direct and BC Sales
● Guide the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate sales results and other core metrics
● Responsible for generating (development and maintenance) of reports included but not limited to – Revenue Dashboard, Sales Pipeline, Data Inventory, Programmatic Revenue reporting
● Responsible for the Month end revenue billing process and reporting
● Lead efforts to automate repetitive data tasks, reducing manual interventions and enhancing efficiency.
● Consolidate and organize data streams into an ETL platform for streamlined data processing and reporting.
● Work closely with IT or data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and optimization of the ETL processes
• 1-3 years´ experience in Sales/Business Analytics and Reporting|English C1
● 1-3 years´ experience in Sales/Business Analytics and Reporting or Data Forecasting
● University degree in Business, Marketing or an analytical field (E.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
● Advanced spreadsheet skills (MS Excel)
● Experience with business systems including (or similar to) Microsoft Dynamics, Cognos, WideOrbit, DFP
