Descripción: Role specific activities (what is expected of you as an employee):
• Elaborates functional requirements with Business Partners by using Design Thinking principles
• Creates solution designs and effort estimations to fill the product backlog
• Implements workflows by using Bizagi Cloud Platform (process flows, data models, user interfaces and business rules)
• Performs quality assurance via unit and functional testing and follows security guidelines
• Supports user acceptance testing
• Acts as DevOps Team member with end2end responsibility to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements by implementing change requests
• Questions processes and guidelines – also from an user´s point of view. Recommends changes and improvements as needed, also by sharing ideas with Bizagi Product Team
• Drives for sustainable solutions and strives for automation of repetitive manual tasks
• Provides coaching to other team members and shares best practices within the Team
Required (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):
• Bachelor´s Degree from an accredited college or university is required
• Minimum 3+ years´ experience in the area of Business Process Modeling (BPMN 2.0)
• Minimum 3+ years´ experience in Requirements Engineering (Use Case Definition)
• Minimum 1+ years´ experience in DevOps

• Excellent analytical skills and high customer orientation
• A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve.
• Team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe.
• Knowledge of agile development processes like Scrum or Kanban
Nice to have (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience):
• Experience with Bizagi as a Process Automation Platform (or a similar platform)
• Experience in working in global / virtual teams and projects
• Experience in working with SaaS Cloud applications
• Automation skills and experience with Node.js / C# / .NET
• Knowledge of middleware technologies like Apigee or SAP CPI
• Knowledge of application lifecycle, change/release management process
• Experience with Jira is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks
• Good skills in written and verbal Spanish
