We are building a complete digital solution for a central European state-run lottery company, based on Microsoft backend/Azure Cloud and Android frontend technologies, with components from CRM and CMS solutions in a very international environment. Internal and customer communication happens in English.
Our goal is to launch new online services and renovate the entire Customer Centric Platform, which will be used by millions of users and we would like you to be part of our team. Your new position
– Design and develop a Frontend application on a self-service lottery terminal.
– Follow SOLID and Clean Code principles.
– Lead a small team of Android/Kotlin developers.
– Lead communication with German and Swiss team members
– Hybrid working model (remote/office)
– Potentially 20% working abroad (Germany/Switzerland) with all cost paid.
What will you need to fit the position?
– More than 8 years of experience in Android app development, preferably with Kotlin
– Experience in being responsible for the design/architecture of the app to be developed.
– Experience as team lead
– Ability to convert product requirements into high quality software.
– Experience in creating distributed software.
– Experience in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
– Impeccable understanding of software design patterns, data structure and algorithms.
– Be capable of working autonomously and from remote.
– Be capable of mentoring and overseeing junior developers.
– Be a highly motivated and pro-active developer.
– Ability to function as a team member.
– Have a fluent, productive, and technical communication within your team colleagues.
– Ability to communicate in English (C1-level).
