Cas Training, a leading company with more than 20 years of experience in technological consulting, outsourcing and specialized training, selects a Team Leader Incident Management for an important 100% remote project.

It is required:
– Knowledge and experience in cloud site reliability engineering, managing the operation of critical business workloads
– Strong experience in system administration, with a focus on issue resolution, reliability, availability, and scalability
– Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace, CloudWatch, OpenSearch) to ensure effective observability
– Knowledge of IT incident management
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a high-pressure environment
– Skills and experience in Change Control/Incident management of leading the recovery of infrastructure outages.
– Driving the timely and proactive investigation and resolution of incidents to minimise downtime, downward trends or performance degradation.
– Knowledge in Office 365 suite.
– High level of English
