Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards problem solving.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software and network connectivity.
Collaborate with other team members.

Basic competencies:

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an asset.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop support tools.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers by phone, email or in person.
Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software and operating systems.
