– Operation, Development, Testing and implementation of SAP SucessFactors along with the HR Department and processes, supporting IT roadmap, coordinating providers of global and internal IT services, and supporting the program management of the Global HR-IT projects.
– Interface between business-process owners and IT, being the point of contact in the optimization and development of HR Processes.

– Experience of at least 3 years as a Functional SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, being the contact point inside Iberia to all SuccessFactors topics, incidents and questions. Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors rollout in other countries would be a plus.
– Very fluent level of English (C1); will be used daily in technical conversations.
– Availability to travel the first 4 weeks of training in Europe, and one week every half a year in Europe as well.
International logistic client in expansion is searching for a Functional SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, to join the internal team that this company has in Spain, based in the Madrid offices, and reporting internationally.
