Responsibilities:
● Partner with different teams to ensure products are effectively localized for Spanish
markets. (UX writing, UI/UX benchmarks, etc)
● Conduct user research to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement
in the product.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and identify
opportunities for improving the user experience of our products.
● Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company
goals and customer needs.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, designs, and PRDs that address user pain points and
enhance the overall user experience.
● Work closely with the Design team to ensure the UI design is aligned with market needs
and standards.
● Analyze and monitor product metrics to evaluate the success of product changes and
use data to inform future product decisions.
● Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time and meet
quality standards
• Product Manager- UX/UI|start-up/ health sector
Requirements:
● +2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on UI/UX design and
localization.
● Bachelor´s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Design, or Business.
● Strong understanding of UX design principles and practices (like user research, UX
writing, etc.), as well as experience working in design teams.
● Experience managing localization projects would be a plus.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional
teams.
● Analytical mindset and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
● Proven track record of delivering successful products.
● Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and creating products that make a
difference in people´s lives.
● Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
● Native Spanish (Castilian) speaker, with excellent knowledge of English.
● Experience in SEO and keyword research would be a plus.
