Main Assignments
• Define, develop, and implement the cybersecurity strategy, policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect company´s information systems, data, and users against identified threats and risks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the effectiveness of security controls and measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and gaps in operations and projects.
• Manage Azure security portals, including implementing and analyzing policies, controls, and recommended best practices.
• Define cybersecurity requirements and ensure their implementation in IT projects.
• Manage projects related to cybersecurity, such as implementing new security technologies or processes.
• Manage day-to-day technical requests/tickets related to protect strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Define, implement, and monitor key performance and risk cybersecurity indicators.
• Lead the preparation, execution, and documentation of security committees, such as vulnerability committees.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, including incident reports, trends, operational performance, and more.
• Participate in audits and assessments to demonstrate compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Contribute to identify, evaluate, propose action plans and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to effectively manage and integrate cybersecurity policies, controls, and risks into their processes.

Required
• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework will be highly valued.
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) will be highly valued.
• GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification) will be highly valued.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Azure environments.
• Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidelines, and controls.
• Experience in defining cybersecurity architectures and requirements for network, infrastructure and end-point assets.
• Experience in assessing the scope of attacks and the affected assets.
• Experience in establishing cyber security and risk metrics for reporting.
• Experience with on premise, hybrid and cloud data center and application hosting strategies.
Appreciated
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) will be highly valued.
• Computer Forensics Certified.
• Penetration Testing Skills.
• Microsoft Security certifications or experience.
• Linux and open source certifications.
• Experience in OT environments.
• Experience with security incident response and management is desired.
