Our client is an innovative software company with activities in different European countries. They specialized in Business Intelligence and dashboarding for financial departments. Thousands of organizations from sectors such as trade, services, retail and hospitality work with our client software every day. Our client offers steering information for entrepreneurs and advisers.
You will be the link between Product department and IT department.
Your responsibilities:
– Partner with business and IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IT requirements.
– Translating the business requirements into product features while challenging stakeholders´ demands to maintain focus on Consumer added value.
– Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
– Ensure maximum level of standardization among all features.
– Document training materials for the product area.
– Review and highlight potential enhancements. Verify business needs, define and document user requirements, recommend solutions, and actively participate in implementation.
– Perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements. Identify and help design customization, workaround, or enhancements required to meet customer needs.
– Define, document, and analyze enhancement and bug fix requests following a formal change management process. Help system users and business owner to prioritize change requests.
– Support existing integrations with other applications and recommend new integrations to improve efficiency and productivity.
